We are looking for motivated and creative graduates who can assist our international clients with various graphic design tasks and projects.
Program Eligibility.
- - Be a recent tertiary qualified graduate in graphic design, art, or a related field
- - You are aged between 18 and 35 years old
- - You are currently unemployed
- - You are not involved in any other work placement or internship program
- - Have a strong interest and passion for graphic design
- - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- - Have basic knowledge and skills in graphic design tools and software
- - Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- - You are a citizen of South Africa or Kenya
FAQ.
Is there a wage associated with this program?
Whilst in the Work Experience Program you are considered to be in training. As such you do not receive a wage but a stipend – an allowance to help you cover basic expenses such as travel to and from the training facility or workplace and meals while you are at the training facility.
What does it cost to apply for the program?
There is no application fee. Participants are responsible for their own transport and expenses to and from the tma academy hub.
What is the duration of the program?
Our training program can be completed within 3 months. If you successfully complete the training, your opportunity to grow your career with talent match africa is limitless.
Will we be working from home?
You will be working from one of our centrally located, state-of-the-art tma academy Hubs. Our aim is to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed, including hardware, on-site career coaches as well as high-speed internet and reliable electricity. You will also be part of the tma community and able to interact with your peers. We will not make any exceptions to requests to work from home.
Do I need my own computer/laptop?
Having your own fit-for-purpose laptop is ideal. However, we are able to provide you with a desktop to work from in the tma academy Hub.
